@jennacantlose I remember telling you I’d let you know a while ago if I ended up with gestational diabetes. It’s a no my numbers are amazing 96 when my normal is 98. My weight is staying the same now back to 209 but not going up or down. My OB is happy with it. After my daughter is born and I get the green light going back to the gym and getting a fit bt. But there days I can eat and days I can’t. On the days I can I eat whatever I’m able and the days I can’t I drink a few endures. But in the end I glad my daughter is healthy. October will be here soon. ❤️

Breastfeeding and Keto question!! I’m breastfeeding AND have been struggling to stick to the Keto diet from lack of energy and crazy cravings. I’m trying to hit 20 net carbs a day.. but everything I’m ready is advising against that. Maybe I’m going too low? I’ve read articles that athletes can be around 30-50 net carbs. I can’t find anyone else who has breastfed on Keto. Can you tell me how many carbs you were hitting while you breastfed on Keto? @jennacantlose :)

@missniese I use the pee sticks to help keep me real. They tell you if you are spilling ketones. Also, Jenn’s info on the food to eat is super accurate. Keep it simple until you learn about what other carbs you can intro and how much. For example, when I began, I could not eat a tiny amount of tomato, would eat too many pistachios, ate too much fruit and then I would just go back to simple and start again. You can do it!

@durianriders bro. You blind? Not that @jennacantlose needs defending, but just wow. Are you for real? As a mother, I think it's my duty to tell you how shameful your words are. The vitriol you spew is hurtful and untrue. Also being skinny isn't everything, feeling healthy in mind, body and soul is healthy. I think the beauty in the above picture ☝️ has accomplished that and continues to crush it.

@jennacantlose just started following. I've bought many of your recommendations from Trader Joe's and so far all have been my jam. How do you do your intermittent fasting. I know there are several ways to do it. I work 9-6 in a doctor's office so trying to find the best pattern for me.
