Ok so I know this may be one of those super annoying random comments... but I’m going to soldier it out and do it anyway... I was on a psychiatric Ward here in London for the last 10 months😐. I was discharged (woohoo) almost two weeks ago and I was hoping you guys would follow my page as I’m determined to raise awareness of mental health, psychiatric wards and the system in general. I’m fed up of not being heard so that’s why I made this insta page and a YouTube page which is in my bio.

Just recently got back into excersising... After a long time off. Went to the gym the other day but was looking for something short but that would still get me sweaty and my heart rate up as I've got a busy day, this was absolutely perfect 🙌 loved this video and loved doing it along with you. It motivated me to try and keep up with you, and except for those burpees 😅 I did! X

Loved this Zanna! I’ve had one of those days where I put on my gym gear first thing and meant to go for a run all day but things kept getting in the way! This got me up off my ass and at least did something 🙌🏻 Thank you! Ps - love these in real time as you can actually do them along with you. Always watch but never actually do the sped-up ones 😝 x

I was wondering whether you could do a post about how and what excersises you used/find best for gaining muscle on your arms and core being slim I have very skinny long arms and I want to be strong on my upper body but everything I’m trying just doesn’t do much😂😂xxxx
