One from the 'Friday Night Nibbles' chapter in my new veg book... these are great with a beer Brilliant Bang Bang Cucumber with toasted sesame seeds, soy, chilli flakes and lip-smacking Szechuan pepper. OH YES!!! This method is also brilliant with bashed-up carrots, mooli or radish. Love it!
