My intention this week is to balance effort with ease and take EPIC care of my body. I haven’t been sleeping very well these past few days and feel a lot of tightness and tension in my upper back. I’ve been working long hours and deeply feel the need in my body for rest and more time spent on the mat.

I listened today! Thank you for that! Between that and a journaling prompt from fellow yogagirtytt-er @gabbgun I came up with the following commitment: This week I commit to taking a pause before falling into my normal “numbing out” activities (usually scrolling Instagram and Facebook, Netflix, etc) and in that pause asking myself what’s one thing I could do right now that I’ve been avoiding (or even one step towards that one thing...) and what’s one thing I could do that would truly bring me joy? And of course, I commit to doing those two things I come up with instead of numbing out.

this week i commit to moving my body , packing up my apartment , and eating living healing organic foods - this week i commit to myself by following through with my intentions and commitments even if it feels hard and i don’t feel like doing it - this week , i commit to staying grounded yet energized , motivated , yet calm ⭐️ love you rachel !

This week I’m getting shit done! Meaning I am going through all I can for a yard sale and donation. Meaning I am catching up on calls I need to make. Making steps towards my goals. Most importantly, going back to no smoking! One step at a time and it’s going to be hard. But this week, I am getting the shit done! ♥️

I’m so curious about this new space 🌞✨ My intention for this week is to give myself credit for all the great work I’ve accomplished last months and some space to get grounded again. I will also go to bed at 10pm every day, giving my body some respect for carrying me through all the work 🙏

I fell really far behind in your regular podcast and haven’t listened in ages 😩 but I subscribed to this and listened today and loved it. My intention this week is to have more patience with my first born, especially when he is wanting to hold and touch and hug my 2nd (newborn)
