I love making mine super thick so I can eat them with a spoon - it’s much more satisfying! 😝 Here’s the recipe for my protein bowl I had this morning: ➡️ 1 scoop @vivolife vegan vanilla protein ➡️ 1 and 1/2 frozen bananas ➡️ 1 tsp @vivolife matcha powder ➡️ 1 tsp maple syrup/agave ➡️ A handful of baby spinach ➡️ A handful of ice ➡️ A dash of plant milk The secret is to add as little liquid as you can and then blend blend blend! The less liquid the thicker the smoothie.
