I’m a survivor of Domestic Violence (DV). For so long I was angry at my self , I was ashamed , I even hated where my life turned left. For years I’ve been told “you gotta forgive yourself Jessey,” “you have to forget,” “leave the in the past.” Im here to tell anyone who’s been victimized by any kind of abuse: you don’t have to do anything! All you have to do is HEAL the best way you can. It took me a long time for many things. But here I am today. I hope this video helps anyone, even in the smallest way.
