Shoulders, Chest & Triceps 💪🏼
Here’s a lil Saturday sweat fest for you! It’s one of the workouts I’m from my upcoming strength program and it absolutely DESTROYED my shoulders! I did this on Wednesday, it’s Saturday and I’ve literally only just recovered 😭😂
➡️ DB Shoulder Press 5 x 10
➡️ Eccentric Tricep Push Ups 3 x 3
➡️ Superset: Incline DB Press 4 x 8 into Incline Lateral Raises 4 x 8 (per arm)
➡️ Superset: Cable Face Pulls 3 x 10 into Cable Tricep Pull Downs 3 x 10 (10 second hold at bottom of last rep)
➡️ Finisher: 8 Dips, 8 Burpees & 8 Plank Shoulder Taps (per side) x 3
