Through nutrition alone I’m back to my pre-surgery weight despite gaining half a stone of bodyfat for surgery and my breast implants now being twice the size and weight of my previous breasts. I’ve got a week and a half until I can hit some weights again and I’m feeling soooo hyped to build my body into an absolute machine! Believe it or not I thrive on pressure and use it as my fuel, the more it burns and pushes me the deeper I dig down and the more motivated I become.
