Posting a little late but just getting home from the gym and eating dinner so here we are 🥵🔥 I didn’t even mean to only use dumbbells this workout hahaha but here is an accidental DB only shoulder workout 😂🙌🏻 the gym was packed & once I found a clear space I didn’t want to risk leaving it, so I kept it simple (as always tbh) but MANNNN these movements burned my shoulders out real quick. I typically was filming my last set so I’m crumbling in every video hahaha but that’s the sign of a good workout right? 🤷🏻‍♀️👊🏻⁣

- Seated DB press: 4 sets of 10-12⁣
- Lateral Raise Drop Set: 4 sets of 20 (dropping to a lower weight after 10 reps⁣
- Super Set: Neutral Grip Press (3 sets of 10) with Around The Worlds (3 sets of 10 - literally could barely use 5lb weights at this point lol)⁣
- Underhand Lateral Raises: 3 sets of 12⁣
- Bent Over Flies: 4 sets of 10⁣
- Finish with some push-ups till failure lol⁣
