I have honestly been so nervous about sharing my story. #BBGcommunity, your ONGOING support and encouragement has been just incredible, thank you!! Having had to begin again on my fitness journey after giving birth to Arna, I now truly understand what it means to not know where to start, which is why I'm SO happy to have launched my #BBGBeginner and #PostPregnancy programs. It's only through using the kind of exercises included in my new programs that I have been able to rebuild my strength, be consistent and continue to work HARD to achieve my goals. For the ladies wanting to know where I am at NOW, here's a step workout which incorporates a lot of the kind of exercises I have recently been including in my training. The great thing about this workout is you can adjust the level of intensity depending on the size of the step you're using.

✅ Pop Squat - 12 reps
✅ Drop Push-Up & Lateral Jump - 12 reps (6 each side)
✅ Step Tap - 24 reps (12 each side)
✅ Reverse Lunge & Knee-Up - 12 reps (6 each side)
✅ Decline Mountain Climber - 24 reps (12 each side)
Challenge yourself to three laps to really get your heart racing!
