My FAVOURITE ab exercises!! This workout has ALWAYS been a favourite of mine because no matter what, it will BURN. 😈 Plus it uses only bodyweight exercises, so can be completed anywhere, anytime - which is exactly what I need at the moment while I'm travelling. 🙌🏼 LET'S DO THIS!!
✅X Crunch - 12 reps (6 each side)
✅Straight-Leg Sit Up & Twist - 12 reps (6 each side)
✅Straight-Leg Raise - 12 reps
✅Scissors - 24 reps (12 each side)
✅Alternating Bent-Leg Raise - 12 reps (6 each side)
✅Bent-Leg Jackknife - 12 reps
✅Side Plank & Hip Lift - 24 reps (12 each side)
