I’ve faced many challenges in life, as I’m sure that we all have and still may, I’ve been a mother since the age of 19yrs, had great responsibility, heartache and life changing choices to make at a young age which others may not have experienced until their 30s or even 40s. Having to grow up fast has brought me wisdom, reasoning, patience and an incredible drive in life that I undoubtedly wouldn’t have had if I remained a carefree teenager. Everything I have in life I’ve worked hard for, never had anything given to me and never asked for help. If you build your foundations strong enough nothing can knock you down! Today I stand the happiest, healthiest and strongest that I have ever been and I use my knowledge and expertise to help others to lead healthier more fulfilling lives which brings me immeasurable joy. To make a difference to just one person makes sharing my journey (warts and all) more than worth it. I want you all to know that you ARE worth it and deserve the best, the dedication, effort and commitment that you put into all that you do determines the level of success you achieve. Never take short cuts, never expect others to take responsibility for your actions nor quick fixes to work longterm - do everything PROPERLY, the RIGHT way the FIRST time with your own hands and heart.
