ONLY 10 MINS!! 🙌 Give this Total Body circuit a go 🔥 It’s low impact so it’s great for any fitness level.

This is one of three circuits in a complete @fitbodyapp workout, and each circuit is 10 mins making for a 30 min workout. I do recommend a minimum of 30 mins a day, 3x a week if you’re just starting out. But if all you have is 10 mins, hey that’s better than nothing! ☺️🙌

TOTAL BODY IN 10 MINS!
💪 One Arm Dumbbell Rows: 15 reps each side. Grab the heaviest weights you have (ideally 10-15 lbs minimum) or a 10-15 lb object around your house 😉
💪 Weighted Squat: 15 reps. Same as above, grab at least 10-15 lbs or an object of a similar weight. Dogs and kids count too!! 😝
💪 Decline Single Leg Glute Bridge: 12 reps each side. No weight needed!
REST 30 SECS
REPEAT 3X

I don’t want you to power through these. Take your time, slow and controlled reps so you are able to fully engage your muscles. This is intended to be a strength circuit, not a cardio circuit. 😉🙌
