We can’t erase what’s hard, the pressure we are facing, or the guilt we take on when we feel like we aren’t measuring up to every task thrown at us. But i can tell you this: You are enough! There is no way to perfectly master or balance everything being thrown at us right now. The best tool we have is empathy and patience with ourselves. Take it day by day. We are navigating through and unprecedented situation and it’s hard. It’s ok if learning for the day doesn’t work out, of the tv/ iPad takes over, and the dinner comes from a box. It really is ok!
