Score! 🥅 ⚽️ I found a big pack of dried Filipino pancit canton noodles in the pantry! I swear, everyday is like the Food Network series, “Chopped”, just using what I have in stock, minus that surprise ingredient (yeah the apricot jelly I had wouldn’t have worked here..or would it? 🤔) lol. Made it vegetarian for #meatlessmonday with the veggies I had: snow peas, carrots, onion, mushrooms and celery. I was annoyed because I had chopped cabbage as well but I forgot to put it in. Oh well, it’ll be used another day, maybe for lunch tomorrow. Coleslaw perhaps? #quarantinecuisine
