During this quarantining, I’ve not only found jarred pimentos from 2015 (original intent was to make Paula Deen’s pimento cheese spread, and like her, fell by the wayside), but have also found a dehydrator in my parents’ garage. Score! Only wish I found it sooner. The first thing I had to make was Lao style beef jerky (sien hang). Accompanied it with papaya salad and sticky rice for dinner tonight. 😋 Anyone need vintage pimentos? #quarantinecuisine
