Week three exercises🎉❤️ This week, @uchealth and I wanted to focus not only on lower body, but on stretching as well!! Swimmers tend to have really tight hip flexors and hamstrings, so on top of using this time to maintain/gain strength, I highly suggest dedicating time each day to stretching as well to help increase flexibility!❤️ Enjoy all and happy sweating!😅👏🏻
