Week FOUR❤️ exercises are here! This week we are again focusing on shoulders and upper body work, with a combination of strength and stretching!! It is SO important to maintain as much shoulder strength as you can while you’re out of the water, to prevent as much soreness/injury when we do get to start training again!🤍 Get after it!💪🏻
