Workout:
- Shoulder press: 3 sets of 15 (you can do both arms at the same time, it was just too heavy for me lol 😂)
- Super set: lateral raises (3 sets of 15) with front raises (3 sets of 15)
- Super set: tricep pushdowns (4 sets of 12) with overhead extensions (4 sets of 12)
- Super set: chest press (3 sets of 15) with chest flies (3 sets of 15)
- Push-up’s: 3 sets of 10 with a pause at the bottom
