Now that we don't have any track races for a while, we are back in the endurance phase (winter block) so today was our first proper speed session for a while and man did I enjoy it! . These kind of sessions are my favourite and I think must show why I'm an 800m runner and not a super long distance runner haha. It was 3 sets of 300m, 150m and 50m.
