Usually I find out that the food they are taking are high in calories, loaded with preservatives and have low nutrition. If you want to change how you feel, I suggest you look at what you are eating and drinking daily. Keep a meal journal. Most livers are thirsty! Hydrate!  Additives, canola and corn oil, dairy, antibiotics from animal products, pesticides, perfumes, laundry detergent, facial products, deodorant, tampons... the list goes on... Your liver is working so hard to rid your body of these toxins. Don’t give it extra work(overtime). A sluggish liver loaded with toxins leads to stomach issues such as IBS.
