Shadow work is key to releasing what’s ready to be shed. You can’t pretend your way out of it. That’s called ignoring. I say this with much love. Shadow work is detoxing that which doesn’t resonate with you now. When you give yourself permission to feel and let go you are no longer hostage to your emotions.  Emotions have a frequency, emotions have a chemical balance within your body. Understand that spirituality is embodied and grounded in the physical. They are not separate. They are one.  You can approach spirituality through the body, mind  and heart. Aligning your words and actions with your core being.
