Very weird shooting a full workout program in these times. My first one STRONGER was in a gym, full crew, hair and makeup etc.. the last two days it’s been me & Gorks in a Beautiful spacious country house with 3 crew members and Dean from @iamtv.fit The sweat was real, esp on the two hottest days 🤦🏼‍♀️😩 I’m so proud of this already though and the program Gorks has created with me for this is craaaazy good! We wanted it to be for everyone! people who have access to a gym and lots of free time but also, those who can’t all get to the gym, have busy lives, juggling kids and work as well. It’s about strength, health, fitness NOT just weight loss. You know I don’t train for that.
