Grieving a dog is inexplicable - only those who’ve been through that journey will ever truly understand. We didn’t know it then, but a few months after he passed we would start an animal rescue organization in his name that would come to save and adopt thousands of animals to their forever homes. Pepper’s spirit lives on in every animal that @sgtpeppersfriends rescues and he continues to teach us all so, so much.
