In wanting to be a mom i started my fitness journey , i began weightlifting focusing on getting in the best shape of my life before pregnancy. I applied my favorite workouts along with educating myself on how to get fit. While i was pregnant, certain people online would be rude but it made me want to prove everyone wrong even more that you can be healthy and fit while pregnant without depriving your body of the nutrients it needs to deliver an 8 lb baby 😉I made myself a promise that i would help anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals, whatever that might be. For me, i lost a lot of muscle and curves after giving birth, i was breastfeeding both kids for years and i had to completely change my diet and lift a lot heavier to see any results.
