It takes a little while for the heart to accept what the mind already knows but deep down we can all clearly see what is good for us and what isn’t. We all have our reasons for sticking with the things that hurt us, trap us and hold us back - mostly habit, familiarity and self doubt that we can have and absolutely do deserve better - YOU DO! Often when we go through difficult times, with difficult people and with pain in our hearts it can feel like the end of the world with no way out, but there is ALWAYS a way. Everyday gets better, every moment of healing is one moment less of suffering and the realisation of no longer being treated so badly will make you appreciate how incredible it feels to be treated good again when the time comes. The whole world is mourning for the losses we have faced this year, some moreso than others, but undoubtedly we all feel it and live with it.
