10 minutes after she gets released... Hahaha!🤸‍♀️ Even I can’t believe I had a baby cut out of me 6 weeks ago based on this first handstand. 6 WEEKS of dragging my ass out here to do an hour of rehab every day and wanting to quit at least half of those days because it was such a slow progression..... ahhh feels so good to see how strong my core is already!! 👏🏻 Okay back to the boring stuff... 🤣 there’s a lot of work to be done...
