テス・ホリデーさんのインスタグラム動画 - (テス・ホリデーInstagram)「As some of you may know, in the beginning of quarantine I started something on my stories which was a daily check in where I asked y’all one simple question: “How did you show yourself love today?” I did this daily for quite sometime, but stopped because I didn’t have the emotional energy to do it at the time. ⁣ ⁣ Part of why I started this check in is because showing up for ourselves looks different to everyone: for some it’s exercise, making cookies, self pleasure, binging Netflix all day, journaling, or simply getting out of bed. ⁣ ⁣ it doesn’t matter how big the act of showing yourself love is, it’s just a daily reminder that we need to check in with ourselves & make sure we are doing small things each day to fill our cups. So today, I am moving this question from my stories to my page, and I want to ask all of you “How did you show yourself love today?” & I’ll respond to as many of you as I can.
