Named for the white dots that cover its sides, the white-speckled tree frog is a beautiful amphibian. Found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, these frogs are most frequently spotted in moist lowland forests. Active at night, the white-speckled tree frog brings the forest to life with its song, singing from beneath bromeliads and rocks near streams that help to protect them from predators.
