There’s nothing like getting a killer arm workout in on the weekend! You’ve gotta try this one! See my tips below:
1️⃣ REVERSE FLY FORWARD PRESS : keep your back flat and use light weight to start! The angle of the leaning shoulder press is NO JOKE!
2️⃣ FORWARD FRONT RAISE TRANSITION : again, light weight is KEY! Always control your movements and never lock out your elbows!
3️⃣ BENT OVER T ROTATION : keep your back flat and rotate at your core. Make sure you are press straight up and control the weight.
4️⃣. OVERHEAD PULSE : control the pulse. It is not a bounce! Don’t lock out your elbows.
