Fussy baby calls for a fizzy drink for mom. @nuun to the rescue!

I might not be back at my normal training volume, but breastfeeding, interrupted sleep and changing daily routines all add extra stress to my system.

It’s easy to neglect yourself when you have to take care of someone else, but remember that you’ll be better for everyone around you if you also take care of yourself!

Here are my daily goals to be the best me.

1. Drink at least 4L of water - and add electrolytes and salts. Currently I take 2-3x nuun sport, 1-2x nuun immunity to keep levels up.

2. Eat healthy, whole foods to support myself and my baby (2700cals daily)

3. Take a nap when I have the chance (2-3x20mi )

4. Do my rehab exercises

5. Go for a walk with my little princess. (Still only able to walk for about 30min but I’m getting there)
