My morning protocol & why:
🥱 Wake up early
⚡️ PEMF therapy
☕️ Make coffee
🌿 Sit outside, acknowledge details & my surroundings
🧘🏻 Begin a meditation & diaphragmatic breathing
📝 Journal: gratitude, intention for the day & affirmations
🧠 I’ll also write any thoughts/feelings/realizations I feel it would helpful to get out (vent/brain dump)
📚 Read. Usually a personal development or business book
🤓 Start the day!
This has been my morning routine every day for the last 9 months and it has been pretty transformative. I find it starts me off centered so I can be more productive and grounded throughout the day. I am a full believer in starting the morning off doing what ever you can that makes YOU a better human. A better human for your people, your goals and your planet!
