Photo by @deeptiasthana When travel feels like a distant dream now, I fondly remember my travel to Italy last year. Lingering ghosts of perfume and smoke. Wine glasses clinking to late-night jazz. The aroma of coffee issuing from cobbled lanes.
On a birthday trip to Italy, my senses had all but gotten used to the buzz of Milan. There was some sort of satisfaction to be a tourist again and laze around the magnificent Duomo di Milano and relish a gelato. But as the sun went down, it was impossible for me to lose the opportunity of photographing the marvelous Gothic structure bathing in golden light. It is always a dilemma of a photographer when to let go of the camera and when to capture the fleeting moments.
