Have you tried Narrow Stance Squats? 🔥(Tag a friend) After 8 sets of conventional squats at various weights and rep ranges (see last post) I moved on to narrow stance squats for a further 6 sets. ⁣

Even though my standard squat stance is pretty close, these ‘super’ narrow (feet together) squats provide even more quad activation, you can use different squat stances in your training to maximise leg development and squat strength.⁣

⚠️ Not everyone will initially have the range of motion and/or balance to perform this exercise, if you do try it, be sure to attempt it without weight or with just the bar to get the technique right. ⁣

ℹ️ If you are curious about why I used the squat wedges:⁣

1. It helps to further increase (or should I say decrease 🤔😅) your squat depth.⁣
2. It keeps your torso upright, which increases demand on the quads (and also gives the lumbar of your back a well deserved break) ⁣
