My 8 year old Mayday was diagnosed with IVDD yesterday. It’s a painful degenerative disc disease that affects the spinal cord/nerves and (in severe cases) function. It’s the severe cases where you see pups with paralyzed legs that sometimes use wheels to get around. Thankfully his legs are not paralyzed, but he is having a hard time walking from the pain. I’m told this will most likely be a reoccurring issue for him, so doing all the research and preventative measures for my boy. Has anyone else heard of this disease? It’s been a ruff year for us, May 💪🏻 We got this. #keepgoing
