Parents/Caregivers I’m gonna rant for a min: it took @olly.us & I nearly 3 hours to put Bowie to bed last night & this has been an ongoing thing & I’m exhausted!! 😰 I’m grateful that Olly has been here helping out, but they leave tomorrow & it’s back to just me. (Pray for me LOL) Being a single mom, AND having a demanding career is a lot, like there is barely anytime left for myself, & often left with about an hour at night before I fall asleep, which is usually spent catching up on emails 🙃 So basically my self care game is trash RN! 🗣You can’t pour from an empty cup, remember that y’all. ⁣🗣⁣

I do wanna say that my little man is *finally* sleeping in his own room in his own bed (🥳) which is major, but lately he just fights me on going to sleep & is very stubborn. Don’t know where he gets that from... So plz give me advice, tips, etc if you have them! I need more time to myself & even tho his school is open, I chose to not send him back because I don’t feel like it’s safe. I know a lot of y’all relate, & are going through similar situations, so plz know you aren’t alone. Hopefully the tips everyone gives me will help some of y’all too. *group hug* #gothefucktosleep
