A walk in the Polish woods and I did my best tree pose amidst these beautiful trees. Forrests and nature are pure magic. May we all see recognize the importance of taking care of our world, and all the beings n our world. Imagine if all beings, human, animal, plant were truly living in harmony, as friends, being kind to themselves and to one another. This is yoga.
