Through friends I was invited to a wedding happening later that day in the Red Sea mountains, but there was no fuel to be found. Once fuel was secured, we promptly lost our way. Once found, it began to pour rain. But as the skies cleared the dancing began, each man competing for the highest leap. I was reminded of how a place can reveal itself to you through the kindness of strangers — and a little luck. #sudan #wedding #history #identity
