Angela says: "I make sure my workouts fit into my day. That might mean that I stop what I'm doing and do a 15-minute workout in my pyjamas... For me, exercise is a HUGE part of my life, but it takes up a very small part of my day."⁣

I created #BBGZeroEquipment exactly for women like Angela. You might not be able to get to the gym, or have equipment at home, but I still want you to be able to build your strength and fitness. 💪 The 13-minute express workouts were designed so that even if you have a jam-packed day, you can be flexible in your routine and find a way to be active! ⁣
