Is BBG Zero Equipment too hard? 😅
I have had lots of feedback about how hard my newest #BBG program is. A LOT of you ladies have been surprised that you can get such a challenging workout in without any equipment or weights whatsoever! BUT that is exactly why I designed this program. I have always loved working out like this, and now thousands of you are doing it too.
With so many women spending more time inside and having less access to equipment or a gym, BBG Zero Equipment is the best way to get a great workout in at home.
But if you are finding it tough (it IS meant to be tough! 😂) then don't worry - I have designed four weeks of workouts just for beginners, or anyone who needs to start off slower.
