This time we’re making her famous Linzer Christmas Cookies with copious amounts of @bonnemaman_us Raspberry Preserves because OMG THAT STUFF IS WHAT MY DREAMS ARE MADE OF!! Omi used to make these for us every Christmas when we were kids and they are truly perfection! I cannot WAIT until next year when she can make them for me again in real life!! Recipe is below and it’s the perfect way to spend some time in your kitchen this week/weekend. ALSO - bonus, you can re-use / up-cycle the Bonne Maman glass jar and fill it up to gift to your friends and fam. But also I 100% won’t judge you if you keep the cookies for yourselves. FYI - legit any other flavor of Bonne Maman is brilliant in this recipe. I basically tested them all. DON’T JUDGE ME. It’s a tough job but someone’s gotta do it!  3 cups flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups butter (softened) 2 tablespoons water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves (or any other of your fav Bonne Maman preserves) Powdered sugar for dusting   Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla until just combined in a stand mixer.   Add the flour, water and salt and mix on low speed until the dough comes together in a cohesive mass. Turn the dough out onto your work surface and shape into a flat disk. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.   Roll the dough out to a uniform 1/4- inch thickness and, using a cookie cutter, cut rounds. Using a smaller cookie cutter, make holes in the middle of half of your rounds.   Place cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill for an additional 15 minutes prior to baking. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.   Bake the cookies for 20 - 25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool to room temperature on a cooling rack.   Dust the cut out cookies with powdered sugar and spread the Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves on each solid cookie, about 1/2 - 1 tablespoons each. 3 cups flour
