The reason that many people's resolutions and goals don’t stick is because they are too vague. I know that when I returned to the gym after having Arna, at first I made goals like “rebuilding my strength” and “feeling fit again”. What I quickly realised is that these vague goals are really hard to stick to, they are too big - and you don't even know where to start to achieve them. I wrote a post yesterday which tells you exactly how to set goals, go and check it out if you need some advice!  You can use the #SweatChallenge (which starts on Monday, January 11) to help you to achieve your goals for the year! The challenge can help you to set up good habits that will last for the long run.
