一年の始まりに甘くて可愛いデザートを詰め込んだ、新感覚のおせちはいかがですか？

■材料
ティラミス
・ティラミスクリーム…200g
・スポンジ…50g
・エスプレッソ…大さじ2
・抹茶パウダー…適量
・いちごパウダー…適量
・いちご…1/2個
・あんこクリーム…20g
・抹茶クリーム…40g
・金箔…少々

モンブラン
・モンブランクリーム…80g
・スポンジ…30g
・栗の渋皮煮…1個
・栗の甘露煮…1個
・金箔…少々

チーズケーキ
・ベイクドチーズケーキ…60g
・チーズクリーム…80g
.
紅白ロールケーキ
・スフレスポンジ…50g
・チーズクリーム…70g
.
■ Ingredients:
Tiramisu
・Tiramisu cream…200g
・ Sponge...50g
・espresso ... 2 tbsp
・matcha powder... appropriate amount
・Strawberry powder... appropriate amount
・Strawberry…1/2pieces
・sweet red bean cream…20g
・matcha cream…40g
・gold leaf… a little

Mont Blanc
・Mont Blanc cream…80g
・sponge…30g
・chestnut compote…1pieces
・candied chestnut…1pieces
・gold leaf…a little
.
Cheese cake
・baked cheese cake…60g
・cheese cream…80g
.
Red and White roll cakes
・souffle sponge…50g
・cheese cream…70g
.
■手順
1. モンブランは容器の底にスポンジをしいて、モンブランクリームを絞る。
栗2種類、金箔を飾る。
2. ティラミスは容器の底にそれぞれスポンジをしいて、エスプレッソを大さじ1 かける。
3. ティラミスクリームを流して、冷蔵庫で2時間冷やす。
4. 3. にそれぞれ、いちごパウダー、抹茶パウダーをかける。
イチゴティラミスには いちごを飾り、抹茶ティラミスには、抹茶クリームとあんこクリーム、金箔を飾る。
5. チーズケーキは容器にベイクドチーズケーキをしいて、チーズクリームを丸く絞る。
6.市販のお菓子をそれぞれ容器に盛り付ける。
7. 紅白ロールケーキは、焼きあがったスフレスポンジにチーズクリームを塗る。
くるくる巻いて冷蔵庫で1時間冷やし、カットしてお重に詰めたら、完成です!

■ Steps:
1. Put sponge, and squeeze Mont Blanc cream in a container. Put sweet chestnuts and gold leaf sprinkles on it.
2. Put sponge, and make it soaked with a tablespoon of espresso coffee.
3. Squeeze Tiramisu cream on it, and chill it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. After chilling, dust the top layer with strawberry powder and put strawberries on it. dust the other top layer with matcha powder and squeeze matcha cream and bean paste on it.
5. Put baked cheesecake, and squeeze cheese cream on it.
6. Decorate the box with sweets.
7. Spread cheese cream on a souffle sponge and roll it gently. Chill it in the refrigerator for an hour and cut it.
