Food can be a source of energy, building blocks, and medicine —but it can also contain harmful things at the same time.

If your food contains the bad stuff, you can have poor biological performance which shows up as a weak immune system or dysfunctional metabolism.

Are you stuck at home wanting to increase your immunity, but eating foods that make you weak?

Take gluten, for example. Chances are you’ve already heard about the damaging effects of gluten, along with strident, shrill misinformation about how only people with celiac disease should avoid it. The sad truth is this: there is plenty of research to show that eating wheat - not just gluten (the protein found in wheat) - is an aging agent for the rest of us, too.
