オープン時から営業していた居酒屋「居残屋雄蔵」を閉店し、ラーメン店の区画を8店舗から9店舗に広げ、旭川「蜂屋」さんが出店しました☺今の八ちゃんラーメンがある場所です😎
「蜂屋」さんは旭川を代表する老舗であると同時に、圧倒的なオリジナリティを持つご当人ラーメンでもあります。まろやかなダブルスープに強烈な個性を加える焦がしラードの組み合わせは、蜂屋以外には絶対に無い味わいで、出店時のキャッチコピーは「クセがあるけどクセになる」でした😄🍜
60周年を迎えた2007年には創業当時の鯛だしのラーメンも復刻しました🐟

The Izakaya Yuzo tavern, which had been in operation since its opening, was closed, and the ramen restaurant section was expanded from eight to nine, with the Asahikawa Hachiya restaurant opening. This is where Hachiya Ramen is now located. Hachiya is one of Asahikawa's best-established ramen shops, but also one of the most original ramen shops in Japan. In 2007, the store celebrated its 60th anniversary by reprinting its original ramen with sea bream broth.
