SWEAT CHALLENGE FULL BODY BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
Ladies, who is up for a bootcamp workout? 🙋♀️ I filmed this a couple of weeks ago for you!!
I LOVE training my clients and friends using my bootcamp workouts because it’s the exact style of workout I do when I’m on tour training the #BBGcommunity. So even though I can't travel and see you ladies... I can at least pretend. 😂
I’ve added weights to my workout but if you don’t have any that’s totally fine, you can also do this with ZERO equipment. All you need is a small space and a mat and I want you to try this workout at home. So get yourself ready for a faced paced full-body workout.
✅ Squat Thruster - 30 sec
✅ Goblet Lateral Lunge - 30 sec
✅ Push-Up & Row - 30 sec
✅ Lateral Shoot Through - 30 sec
✅ Commando - 30 sec
✅ Russian Twist - 30 sec
Complete 3 laps!
