People often assume that I’ve always been that way, as if being healthy was something innate that came easy for me. Well, full disclosure: just a few years ago I was a smoker, drinker, suffered from insomnia, anorexia/bulimia, stress. I was totally off balance, but felt ashamed and didn’t know where to start to feel better - tbh I didn’t even think it was possible. I thought those were my burdens forever and that it would just be a matter of learning how to live with them. I didn’t realize that all of those issues stemmed from the same problem and that by tackling that one thing, I would be able to effortlessly find balance again.
