One we are drawn to, one we avoid but is either good for us? I wanted to share a few thoughts on what has helped me to find peace and balance in life from my relationship with health and food to overcoming my fear of drowning and healing over heartache. We are all individuals and deserve to be loved and appreciated for precisely who we are, in our own way and in our own time as we journey through life.
