“It’s not just about the football”

I headed to Norwich to meet Match of The Dads, a grassroots team bringing fathers together through football to improve their mental health.

As a father and a parent myself I know how important it is to have a strong support group around you so it was great to see how this team is helping dads from all walks of life.
