The pansy is a type of large-flowered hybrid plant that is cultivated as a garden flower, derived by hybridisation from several species, which to me, makes it all the more incredible. To see flowers in bloom, reaching towards the sun and sharing such beauty and splendour bestowed by Mother Nature lifts my heart and reminds me of the wonder of creation and life. The more that we look around is and make use of all of our senses the more meaningful and positive our life will become. Please be mindful of your environment, listen to birdsong, smell the air, admire nature and recognise the many blessings that surround you.
